My husband snapped this picture of me this evening right after I picked this red cabbage. It is a nice looking cabbage. I think I'll make some cole slaw tomorrow.

By "some" cole slaw did you mean enough for the neighborhood?! :) That cabbage is HUGE! (And beautiful.)
Yeah - it was huge. I think I am going to make some more sauerkraut. It has been a good year for cabbage.
