It just doesn't get any fresher than this. I dug them, washed them, cooked them and ate them all in the span of a half hour. There is nothing like tender new potatoes. They sure were good.

The berries puzzle me.. How do that hollow look? Is there a stem on top before it is picked? That has been on my mind for a while now. Maybe you can enlighten me. SG

Going to the garden instead of the store is always better - in so many ways - tastier, fresher and much less of a carbon footprint!
ReplyDeleteYes, the raspberries have a stem that you leave on the plant as you pick the berries.
